By accessing clawdia.so, downloading Clawdia, or using the Clawdia desktop app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Clawdia is a desktop app for Mac. The website is provided for product information, legal notices, downloads, and support. Some features may integrate with third-party services that you choose to connect, including Google.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use Clawdia, the prompts and content you submit, and the actions you direct the app to take. You agree not to use Clawdia in a way that violates law, third-party rights, or the terms of the services you connect to it.

Clawdia may rely on third-party services, APIs, and models. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Google account access is handled through Google OAuth only when you choose to connect your own account.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clawdia and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the website or app.
